At Brook Leisure Centre we offer a fantastic 25m 4 lane pool with a moveable floor reaching depths of 2m to cater for all your swimming needs.
If you’re honing your swimming technique, or introducing your little one to the pool, you’re in great hands. Brook Leisure Centre hosts a range of activaties from structured lessons and Aqua Aerobics to public and private pool parties. We also offer fitness swimming, sensory or just a genreal swim.
Casual sessions can be booked online or in centre. Block bookings are by enquiry only and subject to availability. Terms & conditions apply.
Accessible changing facilities
We have three accessible changing facilities designed for comfort and ease of use. Two include accessible showers, while all provide toilets and changing space, ensuring everyone can enjoy their visit with confidence.
Changing table and hoist
Brook provides an Accessoloo hoist in the changing room with a 200kg safe working load, offering safe and supported transfers. We also have an Accessoloo changing table with a 220kg safe working load, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all visitors.
Pool Pod
Our Pool Pod provides a safe, comfortable, and dignified way for customers with reduced mobility to access the water. Designed for ease of use, it offers an alternative to traditional pool steps or ladders, ensuring everyone can enjoy swimming with confidence.
Pool pod is available at request on arrival.
Lockers
Lockers are available for all customers. They require a £1 coin to use, which is returned after use, keeping your belongings safe while you enjoy your visit.
Moveable floor
Brook’s Vario Pool features a fully adjustable movable floor, allowing the depth to be tailored for different activities and abilities. From shallow water sessions and lessons to full-depth swimming and training, the pool can be adapted to suit everyone’s needs.

Our pool viewing gallery offers comfortable seating with a clear view of the pool, making it easy for family and friends to watch lessons, training, or casual swims.
Family changing cubicles
Our family changing cubicles are designed with convenience in mind, offering extra space for parents and children, along with baby changing beds to make your visit easier.
Clothes dryer
Our Suitmate clothes dryer quickly spins excess water from swimsuits in seconds, helping you leave the poolside more comfortable. Easy to use and designed for convenience during your visit.
